Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy covers domestic US orders and international cross-border shipments of all department store home goods sold by our Colorado-based business.

1. Order Processing Time

All paid orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends, US federal holidays will be processed the next working business day.

2. Domestic US Shipping

Standard domestic shipping transit time: 3–8 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout with faster delivery timelines. Free domestic shipping promotions apply to orders meeting specified cart subtotal thresholds from time to time.

3. International Shipping

Global standard shipping transit: 7–22 business days, subject to destination country customs clearance, local logistics efficiency and remote surcharge zones. Delivery delays caused by customs inspection, public holidays or regional logistics disruptions are beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties & Tax Responsibility

For all international orders: Import tariffs, local consumption tax, customs handling fees and brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not reimburse any customs-related costs or take liability for customs hold, seizure or return of packages due to local import restrictions.

5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows lost, missing or severely damaged goods upon arrival, contact customer service with order number and package photos within 5 days after delivery attempt. We will coordinate logistics tracking and offer solutions including reshipment or partial/full refund based on carrier investigation results.

6. Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to sender due to invalid address, customer refusal to accept delivery or unpaid customs fees will incur return shipping charges deducted from any applicable refund.
