This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and applies to all physical home goods, daily necessities, kitchen & bathroom merchandise purchased on HearthFind.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may submit a return or exchange request within 30 calendar days after delivery confirmation. Returnable items must be unused, unwashed, intact with original packaging, tags and accessories, and in fully resalable condition. All household daily goods qualify for standard returns unless marked non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety restrictions, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened: disposable personal care products, sealed cleaning supplies, clearance final sale goods, customized accessories.

3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive broken, defective, wrong or mismatched merchandise, contact our support within 7 days upon delivery with photos of the product and package. We will provide free replacement, full refund or cover all return shipping costs at our expense.

4. General Return Shipping Cost

  • Customer-initiated returns (no quality issues): Buyer bears all return shipping fees; original order shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Store-caused errors (defect, wrong item, shipping damage): We provide pre-paid return labels with zero customer cost.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive, inspect and approve your returned package, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Banks or card issuers may take extra processing time to post funds to your account. Late return requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted at our sole discretion.

6. Policy Update

We reserve the right to revise this return policy without prior notice. Continued purchases constitute acceptance of updated terms.
